  3. 3. ON SEEKING COUNCIL “Don’t follow a Board’s direction blindly. If you don’t feel it is appropriate, make sure you speak to legal counsel before doing (obviously inform the Board if you have reservations about their decision). ” .
  4. 4. ONTAKING NEW CLIENTS “Stop trying to take every client who comes to you. Some just won’t fit into your Company box.”
