Experiencing a function-specific mock interview demonstration 3. Learning preparation tactics and advice from an alumni panel Kellstadt Career Management Center

Volunteer Responsibilities Mock Interviewer Demo Debrief Panelist Volunteer/InterviewerConduct 30 min. mock/student Perform 60 min. function-specific Provide advice & respond(2 students in room at a time; mock in front of group of students to inquiriesnot function-specific)30 minute breakdown: 60 minute breakdown:15 min. mock, 15 min. feedback 25 min. mock, 20 min. feedback, 15 min. q&aPrepare questions prior to mock Speak with student demo volunteer(do not contact student prior) prior to eventProvide verbal feedback to Provide verbal feedback to studentstudents and process with group (what went well, improvements, etc)Complete brief written NO written evaluation necessary forevaluation form for students volunteer student Kellstadt Career Management Center

Mock Interviewers• Will be completing an evaluation form which includes: – Feedback on WMTYR – Feedback on behavioral question(s) – Delivery (non-verbals, etc.) – Overall comments – Next steps• Provide verbal feedback to student• Hold feedback form and provide to CMC staff member who will scan and email to student Kellstadt Career Management Center
