Secondly, professional leadership was achieved through my internship at the F. M.Kirby Center when I offered my opinion on many projects that needed adjustments. Moreover,my constructive feedback helped the organization find minor mishaps that avoided loss of timeand helped generate more ideas for the upcoming interns to make the process easier for them. Community service leadership was accomplished with two consecutive years ofvolunteering for Alternative Fall Break with Philadelphia Cares and redecorating the ThurgoodMarshall Elementary School cafeteria. In addition, I contributed to the McGlynn Center byhelping to set up an arts and crafts table for the Halloween party and revamped the front ofthe MyGlynn Center by digging up weeds and replanting flowers with the children in the afterschool program.
