Recruitment: Basic Trainings • Basic Banking Operations Training Program (BBOTP) - 10-day training on Policies and Procedures  Bank Policies – HR and Operations  Customer service  Cash Operations  Credit Management and Procedures  Bookkeeping • Mock Branch Training • On-the-Job Training at the branch level.

The Pre-Employment Process 1. Pre- Employment: (Employee-Trainee) o On-the-job training at the branch level 2. Probationary o Employee gets the minimum daily wage o Background Checking  done by the Branch Manager nearest the place of residence of the applicant. o Performance appraisal by Manager o Candidate for regularization after six months.
