He’s straightfoward, practical and there’s no BS When asked by executives, what change they could make to become a more effective leader, one of the most common answers is, “I need to delegate more!”

He’s straightfoward, practical and there’s no BS When asked by executives, what change they could make to become a more effective leader, he says one of the most common answers is, “I need to delegate more!”

(bet we have all seen some of that)

Have each direct report list her or his key areas of responsibility. 2. Schedule one-on-one sessions with each person 3. Review each area of responsibility and ask the following questions,
