  • 9. Stage 1) Digital Consulting The strategy, How we move from current state to desired state, project scale and scope, concept creation… Outcome: A map of the website and chosen channels
  • 10. Stage 2) Design Filling in the spaces, content creation, filling the channels with content, graphics… Outcome: A graphic mask of each stage of the website
  • 11. Stage 3) Technical Implementation coding, programming, uploading the content onto the CMS, user testing… Outcome: The Global website. Delivered.
  • 12. The timeline?
  • 13. November - April 15th 2008: Concept creation, Design and technical implementation of the website Project February 24th: Internal Launch of the website at International Presidents Meeting to Presidents and alumni March 11th-March 31st: Global Expros Conferences: Internal Launch of Global Website to members and testing April 15th: Go-live date! Public Launch of the Global, Country and Local websites .
