  • ABOUT USLolita Burrell, Chief Operating Officer - Lolita joined forces with Shanda in theexpansion and production of the 2012 conference and will co-produce future Expos.In recent years, she was honored as a “Woman of theYear” by New OrleansCityBusiness magazine for spearheading the “New Orleans Does Business Right!Corporate Governance and Ethics Conference.” Lolita is also an artist and wasnamed one of “New Orleans Jazz Divas” by Offbeat magazine, in 1999. She graduatedfromTulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, and is a licensed CPA with 15+ yearsof internal auditing experience. She is an alumna and board member of the New OrleansRegional Leadership Institute.Shanda Quintal, founder and CEO – In 2009, Shanda founded the LouisianaActors Expo, which is now known as the Film Industry Expo. She has been workingin the Louisiana film industry since 1991, before there really was an "industry." Shestudied under the renown acting coach Aaron Speiser in Los Angeles for 8 years.Her theatre credits include "Bess" in the AmericanTheatre Projects 2011 productionof Porgy, and her film credits include A&Es Breakout Kings, and Lifetimes Justice forNatalee. This fall, she can be seen on HBOs hit series, Treme. She also co-produced the 2010New Orleans 48 Hour Film Project.
