  • Working across organizational lines to complete projects without social capabilities can involve many steps and channels first there's the emails and calls for internal stakeholders in each organization then even more steps and channels across organizations These interactions cause: Too long project cycles - due to latency from emails waiting for responses, waiting to schedule meetings, and version control issues with multiple edits being mailed back and forth Silo'd insights - Many phone calls and emails are exchanged – created silo'd information and insights that aren't transparent to the team. Limited Transparency and Review - Teams need to be able to share project status and complete reviews directly with external stakeholders Too much time on coordination - Team productivity and/or client satisfaction suffers because of additional work and time is required to coordinate reviews and edits
