  • Working across organizational lines to complete projects without social capabilities can involve many steps and channels <click for company A> first there's the emails and calls for internal stakeholders in each organization <click for company B> then even more steps and channels across organizations <click for all the communication flows> These interactions cause: Too long project cycles - due to latency from emails waiting for responses, waiting to schedule meetings, and version control issues with multiple edits being mailed back and forth Silo'd insights - Many phone calls and emails are exchanged – created silo'd information and insights that aren't transparent to the team. Limited Transparency and Review - Teams need to be able to share project status and complete reviews directly with external stakeholders Too much time on coordination - Team productivity and/or client satisfaction suffers because of additional work and time is required to coordinate reviews and edits
