    • It is not a requirement to worship in temples.
    • Normally you would visit temples during
    • Festivals and in special functions. In the
    • temple it is lead by a priest and a helper.
  • Temple Puja
    • Temple Puja is a temple where people
    • perform on a variety of occasions to pray
    • or show respect to their chosen gods and
    • Goddesses.

    • The Hindu temple is a place where it is
    • usually specifically reserved for religious or
    • Spiritual activities. A Hindu temple can be a
    • separate structure or a part of a building.

    • Thousands of temples with lofty towers dot
    • the skyline of the southernmost state of
    • Tamilnadu in India. These temples are
    • torchbearers of the glorious heritage of the
    • Tamil speaking region, and are repositories
    • of the magnificent art forms that evolved
    • over several centuries.
  • Durga temple was the first temple of Bhagwati Durgaji built in USA. This temple is the place of worship for people of all Hindu faiths. The deities in this temple include Durgaji, Shiv-Parivar, Shri Radha-Krishna, Ram darbar, Hanumanji, Lakshmi-Narayanji, Balaji, Shri Mahavirji, Shri Jhulelalji, Shri Shridi Saibaba and Maa Santoshi. The priests provide religious services at the temple and outside locations. All major Hindu festivals are celebrated. The temple holds a variety of educational cultural activities.
