    3. no one reads manuals! But ...
    4. What makes your software awesome?
    5. These things all work the same for documentation
    6. Learnability
    7. Efficiency
    8. Retention
    9. Few user errors
    10. Satisfaction
    11. It's all about the user
    12. Whoever they might be
    13. When users love the software then that's great software!
    14. But when they don't ... the documentation should be there to save you
    15. Beautiful documentation won't make crappy software any better But it might prevent some users from trying to stab you
