  • 1. How to make sausage Homemade lamb sausage with thyme By Woon and Jan Tore
  • 2. You need: 2 kg lamb
  • 3. Thyme, ginger and other spices to taste
  • 4. 350 g fat (could be reduced)
  • 5. 20 g flour, 30 g potato flour ½ l cream, ½ l milk
  • 6. Grind meat and fat
  • 7. Wash and chill equipment between grinding sessions
  • 8. Boil cream and milk. Cool.
  • 9. Add spices
  • 10. Mix ingredients
  • 11. Add cool cream and milk mixture
  • 12. Test fry sausage meat. Adjust seasoning.
  • 13. Cut string
  • 14. Important. Oil stuffing tube generously.
  • 15. Cover stuffing tube with natural intestine
