How to make sausage Homemade lamb sausage with thyme By Woon and Jan Tore
You need: 2 kg lamb
Thyme, ginger and other spices to taste
350 g fat (could be reduced)
20 g flour, 30 g potato flour ½ l cream, ½ l milk
Grind meat and fat
Wash and chill equipment between grinding sessions
Boil cream and milk. Cool.
Add spices
Mix ingredients
Add cool cream and milk mixture
Test fry sausage meat. Adjust seasoning.
Cut string
Important. Oil stuffing tube generously.
Cover stuffing tube with natural intestine
