  3. 3. 1 Project Summary Turkcell Çarşı was a service we built for the Turkcell Tekno kir 2010 Business Model Contest. e idea was simple; Çarşı is an location based impulse buying platform for mobile. We have supported with the mentouring of Sina Afra(Markafoni, Chairman) from Endeavor Turkey during the project.
