    Human personality traits (seriousness, warmth, imagination, etc.) to achieve differentiation. Usually through long-term, above-the-line advertising and packaging. These traits reflect the brand through prepared communication and through the people who represent the brand: its employees.

    It “promises” a certain level of quality, consistency, service, experience, price, etc., etc., etc.
