If you've got a problem with a worker or you just have that gut feeling that he's not really working when he claims that he's out and about supposedly looking for new clients. Hey I was a Pro Rep in the NHL, although my job was hard, I truthfully took a lot of time off doing nothing. In fact sometimes I'd disapear for a week and go to the beach, make a few calls make sure I sell a few things and pretend to be places I wasn't. Yeah it sounds bad, but I'm telling the truth! Years later as a CEO, I finally understand how important it is to know where your team is at all times. More importantly 'time wasting' is not something you should accept as a boss.
