  • 10. City centroid is decided by local county council – ring them up & find out where it is!
  • 11. Get to know power reviewers – be on their radar to build relationship
  • 12. Local advertising = geo-brand signals to Google
  • 13. 50+% of mobile search have local intent & are becoming more targeted to your location
  • 14. Promote locally using social media
  • 15. Join local communities & forums
  • 16. Connect with local bloggers/influenc
  • 17. Optimise for search
  • 18. Do your research to make it newsworthy
  • 19. Then scale it!
  • 20. Tripadvisor have nailed scaling quality loca content
