  • Step One
    • Find homeowner who can’t afford their payments.
    • Call Liz to do a quick comp search on the property to ensure that it meets our criteria
    • Explain that you know an investor who may be able to help them that may purchase their home. There is no cost to our services.
  • Step Two
    • Once you have the approval that the property meets our buying criteria.
    • Give the homeowner the list of required documents
    • Once the homeowner has all the documents, have the homeowner contact Liz to schedule a meeting. (773)443-9902
  • Required Documentation
    • Copies of Last 2 years taxes
    • Copies of Last 2 months bank statements
    • Copies of last 2 pay stubs for all in the family
    • Hardship letter
    • Copy of most recent mortgage statement (For the First mortgage and the second if applicable)
    • Financial Statements
  • Step Three
    • Liz will arrange for a meeting with the homeowner to discuss all of the benefits and the program
    • Collect your referral fee of 5% of the net proceeds from the B-C closing
  • Example Transaction 5%= 1,000 20,000 Profit 160,000 Net Sell B-C 170,000 10,000 Closing cost Negotiate 140,000 170,000 Sales price Owe 200,000
