Eating a varied diet with plenty fruits and vegetables is going to be the single most important thing you can do for your health and wellbeing, it can even prevent cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Of course your lifestyle is important also. Drinking plenty of water, incorporating exercise, and managing stress can all be implemented to enjoy longevity and prosperity!
