Default notices, we take care of all of these for our owners, 5 day notices,
HOA notices, eviction services, notice to quit, 30 day notices.
We do not charge set up fees.
We provide and write the leases, applications, tenant employment verifica-
tion, and past rental history. We are available on the weekends, we also re-
turn calls, emails, Bill checks out tenant complaints and repairs.
