    • 5. (1) customer enters information • Customer needs to be approved by call center • (note there are two tasks in the Call center queue)
    • 6. (2) call center approves • Once a call center agent approves the process continues • (note there are now three tasks in the Call center queue)
    • 7. (3) A notification email is received • It uses the customer registration data (from step 1) • (the emails are generated using Harmony templates)
