We have been in operation in Marin since 2000, but have grown substantially in the past 3 years and are projected to serve 500 women in FY14. Our vision is to the the go-to program for women fifty years and older, empowering them to achieve economic security through employment, by providing job readiness and placement services. We practice what we preach - three of our current staff were hired out of our FiftyPlus program! WE NEED: • A document which outlines our current and future employer market potential in both San Francisco and Marin, specific to what occupations we should be targeting for job placement and which employers in these two communities have jobs that fit this profile • A document which outlines our current and future client market potential in both San Francisco and Marin, specific to the size of the market of women fifty-plus who are seeking employment, where they’re located and their demographics • An understanding of the service provider market competition in Marin that we’re currently facing and in San Francisco that we would face were we to expand there • An appendix of all data gathered to perform analysis including sources

Our ability to hone in on specific types of jobs, with specific employers, will maximize our resources in outreach and business development.
