There’s an App for That!Most of the apps below were shared at our “There’s an App for That” session, but there are a few new apps addedincluding a great one that allows you to access the MLS on your iPad. As luck would have it, Onlive Desktop wasannounced the day of our session! Although currently only available for the iPad, it is expected that an Android app willbe announced soon.Some of the apps below are specific to iPhone or Android but if you do a google search, you may find a similar app foryour device.Real Estate Apps:  My favorite real estate app is Zillow which shows homes around you that are for sale and includes a nice mortgage calculator. Trulia and have similar apps. Other real estate apps include: NARExpress, USHud, Karl’s Mortgage Calculator  Open Home Pro – Buyers can digitally sign in to your open house on your tablet. Automatic followup by email.  Crumb Tracks - allows you to store, organize, annotate and share photos AND VIDEOS you take during your search for a new home!  Tour Narrator - Use photos, notes, and voice recordings to note buyer comments during or after a showing.  Supra Ekey App – Access electronic lock boxes with this app. Contact the board office for details.Dropbox - Cloud syncing between PC/Mac/Mobile device. Ideal for saving files! First download Dropbox to yourdesktop or laptop and then add the app to your phone or tablet. Once you save a file to Dropbox, it will sync to yourmobile devices so you can access them from anywhere! Free.Evernote – Dropbox is for files and Evernote is for everything else. Capture anything including photos, screen captures,voice. Ideal for note taking!! First download to your desktop or laptop and then add the app to your phone or tablet.Free.Sound Note and Audio Note - Records while you take notesClear - Very simple “to do” list, currently only available for the iPhone.PDF Readers: EZ PDF Reader (Android), PDF Reader Pro and PDF Expert (iPad/iphone) One of these apps is a musthave if you often find yourself reading PDF files on your mobile devices.Log Me In, Go to my PC- Allows you to access your laptop or desktop from your mobile device. I use it to access theMLS.Photo Editing: Photoshop Express, Skitch, Camera+Zinio-Buy magazines onlineNavigation: Around Me, Where, Yelp-Restaurant Reviews, Mapquest, 4Mobile, Compass, Point Inside (see all thestores inside a mall or airport), VZ Navigator, Gas Buddy for Gas Prices
