  1. 1. 12 JUNE: BREAD IN THE MOUNTAINS (Yerevan, Erebouni museum). The aim of the festival is revealingand dissemination of national ritual cuisine and forgotten dishes. You will have an opportunity to tastethe dishes made by Armenian cookers and to take with you the recipes of the ritual dishes.8-11 JULY: TOLMA FESTIVAL (Sardarapat, Armavir region). Tolma is one of the most favorite and popularmeal for Armenians. Tolma preparing needs long period of time and has difficult technology. Traditional“tolma” is made from lamb and grape leaf. During the festival different types of tolma made byrepresentatives of different villages and regions are represented.8 SEPTEMBER: BARBEQUE FESTIVAL (Akhtala, Lori region). During the festival you will have theopportunity to taste different types of traditional Armenian barbeque.6 OCTOBER: ARENI WINE FESTIVAL (Areni, Vayots Dzor region). Traditional "Areni Wine Festival" isgreat opportunity to explore Armenia.
