    2. Each year is a journey… these books reflect the road that I have travelled in 2008
    3. One moment sweating, the next shivering- bronchitis confined me to bed for six weeks
    4. Solace came from “ The Diving Bell and the Butterfly”
    5. “ ..my mind takes flight like a butterfly. There is so much to do. You can wander off in space or in time, set out for Tierra del Fuego or for King Midas’ Court”
    6. Made half-redundant, I was blindsided by change, gripped by fear, excited by the unknown
    7. I revisited the inspiring “ A Peacock in the Land of Penguins”
    8. “ They prospered and grew as never before. They felt affirmed and appreciated… Above all else, they knew the joy of just being themselves.”
    9. I made a pact with the Universe – that one day I would confidently say “ this was the best thing that ever happened to me ”. Time to make that come true…
    10. With Oprah, I studied “ A New Earth” and it resonated deep inside me
    11. “ Language consists of five basic sounds… Do you believe some combination of those sounds could ever explain who you are ?”
    12. With new confidence in myself, I began to trust that what I loved to do was the right path to tread..
    13. I revisited “The Alchemist” after a weekend date with my own destiny
    14. “ ..when you really want something, it is because that desire originated in the soul of universe. It’s your mission on earth.”
    15. The time had come…To let myself do what I love best and trust it will work out To breathe life into my Art
    16. I wrote my first book “ Five Steps to Inspirational Presentations and Workshops”…
    17. “ Emma’s book … is a truly valuable gift ” Nick Williams, author of The Work We Were Born to Do
    18. It listened to my fears, bled ink as I cried, exalted in my joys, but most of all it taught me to know myself better… my journal
    19. “ Sometimes things seem to barely change from one moment to the next… Then we look back and find that we have moved mountains!”
