    Lifestyle Lift - Presentation Transcript

    1. What is the Lifestyle Lift? The Lifestyle Lift is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional facelifts that is safer, less expensive, and requires less recovery time than traditional facelifts. The Lifestyle Lift facial firming procedure was developed in 2001 by Dr. David M. Kent to address definite signs of aging in the face, bringing back its old freshness. Lifestyle Lift facial firming usually requires about an hour to be performed and requires only local anesthesia. No general anesthesia is used. On the other hand most traditional procedures would be of a long duration and can often be quite painful. This would necessitate the administration of general anesthesia. The Lifestyle Lift can be performed in the doctor’s office in a relaxed atmosphere, with the individual seated in a comfortable reclining chair and soft music playing in the background. Also, the time involved in recovery is very short and one can get back to their normal activities in no time. In contrast, because of the length and complexity of traditional cosmetic procedure, would have to be performed in a hospital and would involve a long recovery period, during which the person would have to stay away from even routine activities for weeks. The Lifestyle Lift costs much less than traditional methods, making it a much more affordable option for all, thereby it is a more attractive offer. The Lifestyle has been performed on thousands of individuals who have experienced some side effects like bruising and swelling but there have been no known cases of serious complications. What does the Lifestyle Lift Do? The Lifestyle Lift treats some of the same symptoms of aging as a traditional facelift. Over time, and as we age, the effects of gravity, sun damage, and stress accumulate in the skin of the face and neck. This results in facial features that are often considered undesirable and can make people look older than they feel. The Lifestyle Lift restores the neck and jawline to a more youthful state and smoothes out facial wrinkles with the result that patients often claim they look ten years younger. The effects of the procedure are immediate and often quite dramatic. Is the Lifestyle Lift Safe? The Lifestyle Lift was specially developed by Dr David Kent with the purpose of being safer than traditional facelifts. The procedure is done in a manner that does not require general anesthesia, which makes it much safer than traditional procedures, which do utilize general anesthesia. General anesthesia is the source of many dangerous and potentially life threatening
    2. complications, and since all cosmetic surgery is elective, Lifestyle Lift physicians are focused on minimizing all unnecessary risks, such as general anesthesia. How is the Lifestyle Lift Different? In addition its lower risk of complications, and faster healing time, the Lifestyle Lift™ is also different from a traditional facelift in that only a select group of doctors can perform the procedure. Dr. Kent began selecting only the very best and most highly qualified physicians to teach the new procedure to. With a normal facelift, any doctor can perform it, even if they have no special training in plastic surgery. Dr. Kent wanted a higher standard for Lifestyle Lift doctors, so only board certified or board eligible plastic surgeons with years of specialized training can perform the Lifestyle Lift. Why Should I Choose the Lifestyle Lift? Lifestyle Lift is safer, less expensive, requires less recovery time, and is only performed by the most highly qualified doctors who have already been selected for you. Going anywhere else for your facial cosmetic surgery is risking giving up all those benefits. Where Can I Get My Lifestyle Lift? Lifestyle Lift can be performed at any of the Lifestyle Lift centers nationwide. Visit Lifestyle Lift for more information. Dos and Don’ts of Lifestyle Lift If all the tell tale signs of aging – increasing number of wrinkles and frown lines, a sagging jaw line, drooping neck skin – have been bothering you, you may want to take a look at the Lifestyle Lift. The Lifestyle Lift facial firming procedure is being hailed as a new, unusual procedure offering a safe, affordable alternative to the traditional cosmetic procedures. The dos….. If you have been wishing for some time that you had a way of getting rid of all those wrinkles, lines and creases without having to spend tons of money or time, certainly take a look at the Lifestyle Lift. At the Lifestyle Lift centers, discuss your concerns and fears confidentially with a consultant. Here, each individual’s case is studied carefully, particularly noting down medical histories to understand if proceeding would be safe. As the client’s safety is paramount, a Lifestyle Lift physician will not recommend the procedure if he is not convinced that you are a right candidate
    3. for the procedure. Determine after careful consideration and detailed discussions if you are a right candidate. Review with your Lifestyle Lift physician in detail the post-operative scenarios, medications and instructions to be followed. Do seek clarifications before, during or after the procedure! …..and the don’ts. What many people do not know is that often doctors performing plastic surgery are dermatologists (skin doctors), gynecologists or other such doctors who receive a certificate or a degree in cosmetic procedures after just attending weekend courses. Lifestyle Lift does not associate itself with such doctors. Only those doctors who have had extensive background in the areas of facial plastic procedures or general plastic procedures are considered for training for the Lifestyle Lift procedure after a careful study of their proficiency, safety record, specializations and board certification. Do not venture into a Lifestyle Lift procedure without making sufficient enquiries about the Lifestyle Lift training of the doctors.
