contact for the purchasing organization looking for that specific Oil and Commodities product.
Actively engaged within trading, marketing, distribution, and shipping of crude oil and refined
products such as LPG, gasoline, LNG, jet fuel or JP54, Diesel D2, gas oil (diesel) and fuel oil. Liberty
Capital Funding, Inc., facilitates transactions in strategic locations including among others Rotterdam
and Houston ports. Our partner’s extensive industry experience, allows us to extend our services
through sourcing petroleum products to end users, operating on a global platform, assisting to offer
genuine supplies where they are required.

PROCEDURES
Our suppliers, allocated holders and intermediaries all provide their own procedures of doing
business. Liberty Capital Funding, Inc., will provide its clients with seller’s procedures after the
interested buyer or buyer’s mandates has been qualified to carry on with seller’s procedures.
Diesel D2, JP54, Mazut, Urea, LNG, Bitumen and or whatever the specified product or commodity
the buyer is inquiring about, pricing and terms, will then be forwarded after submitting an official
LOI with the company’s letter head by the purchasing organization interested in the specified
product to the allocated holders and sellers of that product.
Our suppliers provide us with strict and direct procedures in which we must present to our clients, in
order to provide them with competitive pricing and term conditions. We are the bridge for the buyers
and seller’s mandates or facilitator to negotiate price and terms for our clients.
Commissions are always payable thru the buyer’s side, the seller’s commission is almost always a
closed commission.

Concordia College in Bronxville, N.Y.
Mrs. Nancy Vasquez - Orellana - Legal Advisor - Manages and directs, Central America legal issues
and advisory in this region. A pillar in the firm, which contributes a vast amount of experience in the
legal and business world. Graduated with honors in the UFG University of El Salvador.
Mr. Franklin Vasquez - Financial and Banking Advisor - Over ten years of working experience with
various banks, including with two of the top twenty-five largest banks organizations in the world.
Provides, banking instructions and directs the banking advisory of the firm. Received his business
schooling at Mercy College, located in Dobbsferry, New York.
Mrs. Joselyn Calderon - Orellana - Director of Human Resources - Hires and Recruits. Graduated from
UFG University, Master Major in Psychology.
