Deep knowledge of bioinformatics tools: sequence databases (Nucleotide, Protein, Genome, SNP),
haplotype analysis tools (HapMap, Haploview), basic local alignment tools (Blast, ClustalW), sequence
viewer (Chromas Lite). Basic knowledge of protein viewer tools (Swiss PDB-viewer).
Others: Excellent command of Microsoft Office™ tools (Word™, Excel™ and PowerPoint™) and Reference
Management software (Endnote, Mendeley).
