    16. Enterprise 2.0 = relinquishing control = opposite culture of large enterprises It is an issue of trust Why is there a BCC button? You will hide the conversation… Focus on output not input No punch clocks The four key enterprise apps: Search: open & wildcard Subscribe to information: rss Fullfillment & service: booking meeting room, flight etc Conversation : collaborative tools
    17. kids of today adopt technology much quicker then you
    18. They have their own interface and tool, their laptop, their fone. The web to share. Let them use facebook, hvyes etc to share and develop value. Focus on output, not input, they do it differently then you. Yesterday: you had 1 job in yr life Now: you have 7 jobs in yr life Tomorrow: he will have 7 jobs, but at the same time ..they can multi task Generation M: they don't need to be teached the tools, the enterprise needs to learn from them to share en develop 100 years ago: use the company pen to fill in the ledgers Now new kids: wil never use the company pen....that would be a waste

    25. Phillipe Starck Design = politieke statement. If you agree, you have to pay
      • Aan ieder goed product gaat een concept vooraf.
      • Een concept dat teruggaat naar de diepste behoefte van de doelgroep.
      Phillipe Starck
      • “ Most products are made to be sold and make money, with 90% of shit and 10% of usability. “
      • I do not like the idea of target consumer.
      Phillipe Starck
      • The products of the future are
      • “ no products” :
      • 90% of usability and 10% of “ I do not know what”.
      Phillipe Starck
    26. Phillipe Starck Invisibility Dematerialisme Minimal = the essence.

    30. The network is the computer – the people are on the network History: connect computers (HTTP), make it look nice (AJAX) Now: connect people (OpenSocial= open widget) Open is a matter of survival Nobody want to be open. There is no clear path to monitazation social initiatives are politics , you need majority Why will a company open up it data? If you dont somebody will (FB vs MySpace..) Dit wil de gebruiker : When can we re-use our netwerk profile information?
    31. Social Software will solve the corporate silo problem, the exctutives dont known about yet Question & Challange: Will the consumer trust you with his data? And how will vendors respect each other gained consumer trust? Man on the moon type problem – long term project
    32. FILMPJE Open social is not dataportability
      • Wat vind jij er van?
      • Is sociale software voor ons belangrijk?
      • Hoe koppelen we data aan dit thema?

    38. Jason Calacanis Usenet = onbruikbaar geworden omdat het een spam platform is geworden. Mahalo
    39. Search engines gaan dezelfde kant op! Google: 6 van de 10 resultaten bevatten spam
    40. Search engines gaan dezelfde kant op! Seth Godin: Squido bevat veel ‘gestolen’ informatie
      • Away from fake people:
        • - MySpace had loads,
        • - Facebook had less,
        • - LinkedIn has none
      De ontwikkeling
    41. Goede voorbeelden Yelp, Linkedin (no fake people), Techmeme en Bloglines Yelp
    42. Is adverteren SPAM? En hoe zien we dat in ons werk? Hoe definieert RS: SPAM?
    43. N E X T
    44. Doc Searls VRM / Cluetrain Manifesto
    45. Bullshit will loose leverage Web 2.0: Why is adwords progress? Advertising will pay for everything? It wont scale for ever. I still get non relevent ads on my profile page. It still about eye balls for advertisers = old model ! Waste of eyeball is moving from tv & paper Advertising as we know it will die
    46. Markets will be understood in terms of relationships Markets are all of these things: transactions, conversations & relationships The killer app is relation ships, not advertising NOW wil merry to the value constellation: I want to notify the market now of my car rental intention. A personal RFP. I want vendors to remember my old 5 year long relationship which I terminated We want to manage vendors at least as well as they manage us. Agreements needs to go both ways. no more one way legaleze. Thats what we call VRM The live web is more important then the Web X.n Its one yr foon, yr pictures, yr profile, NOW. Google search is history, blog search is now. Ken mn historie en mn context Geen commercial boodschappen als ik een help desk bel met een probleem.
      • Wat vind jij er van?
      • Is er te veel waste in adverteren?
      • Wat kunnen wij bijdragen aan VRM?
