    • What is the purpose of a team?
      • To combine the minds, knowledge, experience and personalities of different people.
      • If the correct combination is achieved and the focus of their purpose is defined clearly, it provides a framework in which all aspects of the organisational, planning, problem solving and decision making can be achieved more effectively.
      • Because all members of the team are involved in all aspects of the process, a better understanding of the processes is achieved and a shared responsibility for the outcomes - ownership
