  • 3. What is the purpose of a team?
    • To combine the minds, knowledge, experience and personalities of different people.
    • 4. If the correct combination is achieved and the focus of their purpose is defined clearly, it provides a framework in which all aspects of the organisational, planning, problem solving and decision making can be achieved more effectively.
    • 5. Because all members of the team are involved in all aspects of the process, a better understanding of the processes is achieved and a shared responsibility for the outcomes - ownership
