  3. 3. Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar. This gives the mixture a light and airy structure
  4. 4. Mix the sieved dry ingredients together with a spoon for uniformity
  5. 5. Buy a block ( 100 gms.) of heart-healthy margarine and melt it. Ensure that the container does not directly touch the flame while melting as that will alter the flavor of the margarine
  6. 6. Make a mixture of sugar and margarine and mix till sugar melts completely.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients mixture and pour the sugar margarine mixture.
