  • 4. Involve your students in prayer
  • 5. Bring your students INTO the stories
  • 6. By beholding, we become changed
  • 7. Ask for small commitments along the way
  • 8. Notice how your students progress Committing towards God Praying for self & others Studying Scripture Reading the Word
  • 9. Be on time
  • 10. Keep the order of the lessons
  • 11. Stay focused on the lesson you’re studying
  • 12. Don’t overload the student with additional material
  • 13. Don’t get sidetracked with controversial subjects
  • 14. Don’t sermonize or moralize
  • 15. Never argue
  • 16. Students need time to figure things out for themselves
  • 17. Evangelism Wisdom “ You need not feel that all the truth is to be spoken to unbelievers on any and every occasion. You should plan carefully what to say and what to leave out”
  • 18. Show that you care by being kind and courteous
  • 19. Keep Jesus at the center
  • 20. Have a harvesting mentality
