SpotiD For Events - Presentation Transcript

    1. SpotiD gives event organisers an additional revenue stream from sponsors, exhibitors and speakers by allowing real-time mobile interaction with conference delegates and expo visitors.
A completely flexible web-based system, SpotiD works for exhibitions, tradeshows, fairs, outdoor events, festivals, concerts & conferences.
    2. I’d like to see what these guys have to offer but their stand is packed…
“Spots” or campaign keywords can be incorporated into existing displays or added to stands and podiums as an easy-to-attach sticker - encouraging visitors to make contact by text for further information
      To arrange a demonstration, text:
      ExpoCallMe
    3. The visitor texts the Spotto 60365 and receives the exhibitor’s response
      Send SMS to: 60365
      ExpoCallMe
      From: 60365
Great, we’ll call you shortly to arrange a demo. Text ExpoBrochure followed by your email address for a brochure
      Send SMS to: 60365
      ExpoBrochure jimmy@potentialclient.com
      From: 60365
Thanks for your interest in our products, your brochure will be emailed to you in the next hour. Have a great show!
Spots can also be requested free of charge by email. The spotter simply sends an email to spot@spotid.me with the keyword in the subject line, and the response is immediately emailed back to them.
    4. As well as getting your text, your response is also shown in the visitor’s free online SpotiD Account and can also be sent by email.
Advertisers can also include a URL in the response to take the recipient straight to the relevant page of their website.
    5. Exhibitors can create, edit, update and delete their Spots and responses via our website just by filling out a simple form
    6. As soon as a visitor requests the Spot – in this example it’s a follow up call to arrange a demo – the exhibitor receives the hot lead by email and can follow up direct
    7. Why should I add SpotiD to my event portfolio?
