    Notes on slide 1

Thank you for choosing to attend this program “Developing a Culture of Leadership” The genesis for tonight's program came together after a ASTD SIG program in February. At that meeting, I was able to meet _____________ from ____________University. In that initial meeting, it was discovered that there was a desire for a program on Leadership. That lead me to revel that I was working on a book on leadership. At the top of my PP slides is the name of that forthcoming book; “Breathtaking Leadership”. With that revelation, she ________________ asked if I would work on creating this program. So here we are today. My name is Bryant Nielson and I am currently the North American Business Development Director for ACF Consultants Ltd. ACF is a Global Banking Consultancy, training the capital market and investment banking community. Prior to this position, I was the Executive Director for Lengthen Your Stride! LLC, a L&D firm specializing in training those in the ‘residential mortgage market’ nationwide. Joining me on the dais is: Kathleen Goldreich, who is SVP of Learning & Development for Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and, Jamie Goddard, Principal of V2R (Vision to Results) a L&D consultancy firm focusing on training millennials. The format for this meeting is that I will make a presentation on Leadership and how to create a culture of leadership, developing a leadership bench and how to align performance with results. Followed by presentations of my co-hosts.
