When you explore alternative countermeasures, understanding the relationship to the various environmental concerns of the organization is mandatory in today’s highlighted climate change, conservation, renewable energy, green living, protecting our water resources, recycling and the personal environment for all customers and employees. This module assures that these issues are raised and explored BEFORE people become ego-invested in countermeasures that can produce less than optimal outcomes. <ul><ul><li>Relationship Matrix </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Regulatory Requirement Analysis </li></ul></ul>

Place a “Y” in any cell where an environmental concern needs to be considered during the development of countermeasures. Remember, your objective for any project is to assure maintenance, but strive for improvement, for the environmental performance profile for the organization. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Once all the “Y” entries have been made, move to the “Issues” tab and briefly describe what must be considered during countermeasure development </li></ul></ul>
