Investment <ul><li>Not included in the $3 million purchase price is the amount of investment necessary to bring the building out of disrepair. </li></ul><ul><li>Due to severe roof, water & termite damage, Dickie Brennan & Co. will invest another $3-4 million into resurrecting the building, restoring it to its original beauty and architectural significance. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>As seen here, the portion of the building Dickie Brennan is proposing to buy was torn down and rebuilt in 1963. We will be working closely with the Vieux Carre Commission to ensure that renovations adhere to the historic model of this building. </li></ul>

  7. 7. Concept The restaurant at Le Petit Theatre will be reminiscent of the style and ambiance of an old New Orleans manor house. Design elements, interior decor, dishes and cocktails will stay in line with the historical significance of the building. A guest at the restaurant will experience the vibrant, glowing atmosphere that was once a standard in New Orleans dining and entertainment.
