Use black or blue pen, not pencil(onlydrawing).  Write on one side ofthe paper only.  If preparing graphs byhand, each graph mustuse a separate sheetofruled graph paper.  Write page numbers to all pages in footer e.g. 1/10  Page layout- Left and right margins mustbe notless than 3 cm and top and bottom margins mustnotbe less than 2.5 cm.
