Emotional IntelligenceVery, very well written. This was short, "Spot On" and definitely illuminating. In my opinion, this process, with just a tad bit of process embellishment is precisely what our world needs to inspire itself to an evolved state of human enlightenment. That will be the culminating event, tipping point and effect of the “single” evolving individual’s collectively demonstrating results for that which statesmen may attempt but political leaders can’t afford. Our evolution must evolve from the single individual seeking to discover the very core essence and nature from which they evolved.
Sustained community leadership always begins with the individuals managing their commitments and their capacity ... i.e. there EI passion of meaningful purpose ... and IQ know how of metrics. I look forward to the opening début of your web site “The Hub.” http://www.thehub.co.za/
Thank you for sharing.

Emotional Intelligence & What it can do for you, Don’t be the last to know! Thank you dearly for the post. I suspect a lot of viewers have read Goldman’s work and more recently the ides posed by Eckhart Tolle yet all still come away wondering ... ′So how in the world can I manage my emotions?′
Intuitively – albeit and mostly unconsciously they know that those emotions critters are being somehow generated at some discrete frequency ranges deep within. So somehow they realize (real-ize to make real) that since they have created all of the emotions that they have ever experienced, (including in a movie house) there really aught to be a way to consciously tame and harnessed their emotional generator and the little critters they hatch ... for advanced work towards their evolutionary calling. Hmmm???
Well their intuition is spot on. And our mind’s keenly inherited operating system is relatively quite simple. It – our mind’s matrix and its algorithm only employs seven (7) sequential steps to do what it does and Viktor Frankl’s book “Mans Search For Meaning” became the catapult for my studies launching me to what I consider my greatest discovery regarding the nature of the quantum universe and it’s living library.
Who should be so bold as to ask for the library card will of most certainty travel out and beyond the limits of the known zone and into the strange where all the new awaits our return. Enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt. On Human Metrics go see: http://www.slideshare.net/LawrenceCarson/principles-of-a-...
PS All emotions are given life through our ′meaning making process′ that we create and overlay upon meaningless ′stuff′ that happens in the bizzar quantum reality of The Mind. Now go take on the day ... and make believe (a making belief process) for one hour nothing could be better .. literally nothing. :-)3 months ago

The Essence of Emotional Intelligence - 8 Insights From Tune up your EQ ReadersRe the quote on Slide #5 ... "No body can control one’s emotions ...." In part ... a wise comment ... in part ... still in Kindergarden. Paradoxical statements do that. :-)

! Principles Of A World Class Organization Nautopdf1 101407It’s the "Human Metrics" ... that Drives the "Financial Metrics." As a past auditor and CPA it became quite apparent that my profession was continually looking in the rear view mirror for answers to a very uncertain and globally completive world.
Now although historic data on occasion does lend assistance in explaining how you got to where you presently are at, it has shown that it is no longer all that viable a predictor to either i) where you are going or ii) where you aught to be. To say this in as nice a way as I can, there is absolutely nothing described on the income statement, the balance sheet, the source and use statements or the notes thereto that has ever made on dime of profit. Not one! And when I discovered that I was accounting for nothing but “effects” and not cause, I made a decision and have not looked back since.
This slide series only serves as a communication means to awaken those that are serious about designing and implementing an “Executive Dashboard for World Class Organizations.” Since business management is all about “risk management” ... if your organization has yet to define and benchmark the drivers and indicators to your green, yellow and red zones of risk ... you may be closer to being a member of the Chapter 11 Club than you think. Good luck!

Astronaut Sunita Williams Pics Of EarthSmiles ... :-) ...
I just posted what I got from a friend.
But perhaps you can assist me ... Which Exact Slide ... shows to you ... the northern hemisphere totally dark with its counter southern part light?
This slide I need to examine at myself ... for if your observation is valid ... that means that I totally missed this anomaly when I first looked at the slides ... prior to posting for the public.
Thanks ....

Astronaut Sunita Williams Pics Of EarthSo you asked "Now HOW did all of the northern hemisphere manage to have night at the same time??" ... and so I was told .."The northern hemisphere is the male ... while the southern hemisphere is the female. And so what ever the southern hemisphere does first ... the male must follow. Its his nature you might say ... based upon "results." :-)3 years ago
