Dynamic, On-Demand Reporting
The Lavante Strategic Recovery software contains a dynamic, on-demand reporting suite that includes over 30 standard manage-
ment reports and over 20 analytical charts and tables. Accessed via the client web portal, the reporting suite gives users real-time
visibility into the audit process and results, and helps spot trends and anomalies. Reports also provide information to drive root
cause analysis and give insights into process improvements to help prevent future errors.
All Lavante reports are available in real-time, on-demand, via the “My Reports” page of the client web portal. They can also be
scheduled to run at a set frequency or be event driven. They are automatically populated with up-to-the-minute data when the
reports are run. Reports include summaries and line item detail. Users can set a variety of report filters and parameters and see
results in real-time. Users can also perform searches within any report with string data such as a vendor name, dollar amount or an
invoice number. All reports are easily exportable in various formats including Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Scheduled Reporting
Scheduled reports can be customized and automatically emailed to recipients either as an attached or embedded document.
Report files can also be ‘pushed’ to a defined file location. Supported report formats include XML, CSV, TIFF, PDF, HTML or Excel.
Examples of scheduled reports include a weekly snapshot ‘dashboard’ of overall cash results or quarterly vendor non-compliance
report. Scheduled reports can also be run on-demand at any time.
