The Lavante ProForma Estimator generates a preview of the likely cash recoveries and vendor updates
you will receive if you choose to engage in a Lavante Strategic Recovery audit. Utilizing your master
vendor file, the Estimator leverages Lavante’s extensive database of historical audit detail, a proprietary,
on-demand software application and a supplier network of over 2 million companies to develop a
comprehensive vendor and recovery analysis. The Estimator previews potential cash recoveries,
duplicate and related vendors, recovery projections over time, vendor updates, and more.

The Estimator does not rely on overall industry average recovery rates to estimate your results.
Instead, we use results specific to your vendors where possible and augment that with historical
results from our Strategic Recovery audits. This results in more detailed, accurate, and therefore more
useful estimates.
Utilizes Vendor-Specific Information
There’s a good chance that Lavante will have audit experience with many of your vendors and that
many more will be in our Supplier Network of over 2 million vendors. This allows us to update vendor
contact information, determine potential duplicates and related vendors, and project audit results for

we receive this information and load it into the Lavante application, results will be generated within a
