  • 4. P.4 « Once upon a time, in a significative global investment bank, projects were not doing very well. Clients turn greedy, the IT Staff was not feeling ok too. Then embracing agility became the option to recover, rebuild the trust, and even the delight of clients & staff. We started mid 2011, it became STRATEGIC, and it is still not over. It might be never over, as we are now in a continuous improvement loop ».
