The global brand has made its
way to Adelaide and is calling
Burnside Village home.
The Zara fashion label is known for its
dedication to bringing the latest runway
styles to customers quickly and at affordable
prices. Late last year, Adelaide was abuzz
with excitement when the Spanish fashion
giant made Burnside Village its home - its third
Australian store after Sydney and Melbourne.
The retailer has been creating excitement
wherever they go since opening their first
store in 1975 in La Coruna in northern Spain.
Since then, Zara has grown to more than 1700
stores in 78 countries, employs more than 200
designers, producing collections twice a week.
The design teams at Zara draw inspiration
from current fashion trends and street fashion
while paying close attention to what Zara
shoppers want. And while they stock the same
fashion collections in all of the stores, each is
customised to the location to ensure products
fit what customers really want.
Zara achieves this by looking at each store as
an individual project and works quickly to adapt
to the tastes of their local customers – and it
is easy to do when merchandise in the store is
updated at least once a week!
Of course, it’s not just about the clothes. Zara
also provides a great shopping experience. The
Adelaide store plays host to a new, updated
store look: simple, elegant and sophisticated, it
provides shoppers with a great space to be in
while browsing the Zara collections.
