  • Harish, this seems great and as before I´ll take a depth look and broad one too. You know? Slide 10, besides the content gave me a startle reaction. DROPS THE IFS AND BUTS TO LOVE YOURSELF..., yeah, I´m psychiatrist and therapist in IFS Therapy (www.selfleadership.org) and according to how we see love to ourselves has to do with learning to love all aspects of our personality.
