    • You will be introduced to the certification process of open ECBCheck including the self-assessment and the peer-review

Qualitative Weighing & Evaluation Mandatory Criteria (M): Criteria have to be verifiable positively Excellency Criteria (E): Criteria are evaluated with a scale (1 = unsatisfactory, 2 = adequate, 3 = excellent) 2 Levels of Criteria Criteria frame ‚pre-adjusted‘ - but can be ‚calibrated‘ individually!

Governance Structure Open ECBCheck Advisory Board Open ECBCheck Administrative Office Open ECBCheck Awarding Body Open ECBCheck Peer-Review Group Three sources: i) members of the community having undergone a peer-review themselves, ii) trained peer-reviewers, ( iii) contracted peer-reviewers) Elected by the advisory board, decision based on peer-review report, majority vote. Coordinate Peer-Review process, monitor processes, maintain website & information Capacity Building Organisations, International Steering Group, consultation once per year, review of assessment tools, strategic directions
