  • 2. Localization is becoming more prevalent and necessary. Language localization is the process of translating a product into different languages and adapting what is said to a specific country or region. It is the second phase of a larger process of product translation and cultural adaptation (for specific countries, regions or groups) to account for differences in distinct markets. According to BusinessWeek, “If any industries can be considered recession-proof, the field of interpreting and translation may be one, especially as business transactions across borders increase. A U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report projects 42 percent growth in the industry from 2010 to 2020.”

  • 8. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…  Need your online content available in multiple languages, but don’t think you have the time, the manpower, or the finances to do so?  It’s not only possible, it’s easy! LinguistNow Help from Language I/O can… 1) Automate the extraction of translatable article content directly from your Salesforce knowledge base, and/or RightNow CX Answer Workspace, as well as the pushing of translations back into Salesforce or RightNow. 2) Push the translatable content directly to qualified, human linguists to ensure that your article content meets the high standards of your users. 3) Automatically rewrites links inside your article content. This means that when we localize an article to German, the original English links inside that article will be rewritten so they point to German images, related German articles and other German resources.
