The fishbowl speakers address the topic for a specifiedtime period.At the end of the time period,the audience votes to change topic(and speakers) or continues for another specified time period.2) A topic expert occupies one seat.Three empty chairs are occupied by arevolving group of conversation participants.3) After a panel discussion,set out enough chairs for the panelists plus twoextra chairs for participants.
