This is an establishing shot of lea valley school, this setting follows the conventions of a teen movie because most teenage films are set in a schooling environment as it is a fundamental part of a teenagers life. <br />
This is a long shot of the schools gym, including the male characters working out before prom. This follows the convention that the popular boys are masculine and want to be admired by the females. The red and black costumes symbolises the power and danger they have.<br />
