What is LTC all about? The mission of LTC is to motivate young people to be better citizens. To do that, LTC provides an opportunity for students to grow and develop. Leadership is taught throughout the course while developing discipline and confidence.
How will I benefit from LTC? It will build the self-discipline, teamwork, motivation, and confidence of the students in OCSA. Throughout the course of instruction, members are challenged academically, physically, and socially as topics progress from basic to advanced concepts.
Can I rank up? Depending on a student’s time in the program, they will be promoted to levels of leadership within their company. To promote you take simple leadership, psychical , and technical testing.
What will I learn? The curriculum covers a broad range of subjects, including: communication skills, leadership, physical fitness, drug abuse prevention, history, and citizenship.
Are there teams I can be in? <ul>Yes, there are many teams in LTC you can join. In LTC “Teams” are called MOS's (Military Occupation Specialties ). In order to join one of the MOS's all you need to do is speak with that MOS commander/captain. </ul>

Do I have to join the military? <ul>Members of the LTC are in no shape or form obligated to joint he United States Armed Forces. LTC is all about helping students with their leadership and conduct skills. </ul>
How can I join LTC? <ul>To join LTC all you need to do is come to one of our meetings and sign up there. Where: Mr. Williamson Class Room When: 2 nd Half Of Lunch On Wednsdays </ul>
