OUR APPROACH TO PERSONNEL SEARCH AND SELECTION SEARCH STRATEGY GENERATION In close cooperation with Client we generate a TARGET LIST CANDIDATE NAME IDENTIFICATION As a result we generate a LONG LIST of potential candidates INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES We conduct extensive discussions by interviewing relevant candidates to form a SHORT LIST PREPARING DETAILED CV’s CV includes detailed description of candidates’ qualification and relevant experience, gives a subjective assessment of their compatibility with the job requirements. The reports also includes the commentaries about the candidates’ reasons for being interested in career opportunities and other relevant information such as current earnings REFERENCE CHECK MOTIVATING THE FINAL CANDIDATE After the Client selects the person and willing to offer him/her, we work closely on putting an offer likely to attract the candidate
