Coworkers would define me as: • Energetic • Dependable • Organized • Dedicated • Creative • Friendly
My goals are: • to become a member of a library’s Young Adult team • to gain familiarity with Young Adult literature and technology • to establish professional relationships with others in that field • to win the trust of the library’s teen patrons • to pass my ideas for development of the YA department on to my coworkers and receive the same from them
I am creative and would bring new ideas to the library. I am inspired by reading books, library websites and blogs. I am a good listener. This helps me to learn, as well as gain the trust and respect of my coworkers and library patrons. I am hard working, dependable and eager to take on new responsibilities. A self-starter, I am focused and detail-oriented.
