The long-term objectives of the projectReach many rural areas of Central Africa contributed to effectively reducethe digital divide between rural and urban areas. Achieve sustainabledevelopment from rural areas. Outreach projectCurrently, the project is being deployed in northern Republic of Congo andwill expand in rural areas of Central Africa where people have the sameinterest for ICT change their way of life and facilitate a number of thingsincluding communication, trade and access to the outside. A study that weconducted in Benin in March this year shows almost the same interest bythepeople.TRAINING AND CONNECTING RURAL PEOPLES

Particular difficulties in the implementation of the project- the lack of road infrastructure to access some rural areas;- level insufficient for some people interested in ICT education;- Some physical and financial problems;- The opposition of some local leaders.6.2.
