Each person on theteam is called upon touse his or her uniqueskills. Individual teammember skills areessential for a strongteam to develop.
Real communicationon a team cannot bedominated by one ortwo individuals if theteam is to besuccessful.
Organization of teamworkis not a “top-down”organization. There is nota “president”, “boss”,“chairman”, etc. However,every team does need acoach.
Opinions are unique;therefore if a team is to besuccessful each personmust share their uniqueopinions.
Each person of a team mustbe willing to develop theirunique skills. Teamworktraining is necessary for thesuccess of any team.
Teamwork calls upon theindividual to merge theirconcepts and ideas withothers. This intensiﬁes theoverall talent of the team. A willingness to share isabsolutely needed.
True teamwork can neverbe accomplished by oneindividual telling otherswhat to do. Everyone’svoice must be appreciated.
Teamwork can get a taskdone quicker when manypeople are involved. Rulenumber nine is to be sureeveryone is involved,always!
